working principle:
The tubular heating furnace comprises a heating furnace body and a waste heat recovery system, and the waste heat recovery system comprises an air preheater, wherein the air preheater is composed of a non-condensing air preheater and a condensing air preheater, and the waste heat recovery system There is also a condensate collection tank, an induced draft fan and a blower. The condensate collection tank is directly arranged below the condensing air preheater, the condensate collection tank is connected to the induced draft fan, and the blower is connected to the condensing air preheater.
