Tin ore is denser than symbiotic minerals. Therefore, re-election is generally used for tin ore beneficiation technology. However, due to the existence of various iron oxide minerals in minerals, such as magnetite, hematite, etc., these minerals cannot be separated from tin ore well by re-election or flotation, so they are also used. Magnetic separation or flotation operations.

Crushing and screening

The ore is crushed to 20 mm, and then sieved into two grades of 20 to 4 and 4 to 0 mm.

Pre-select

The 20~4mm ore is pre-selected into the heavy medium cyclone, and then pre-selected by a jig after a rod mill. The jigging tailings are screened with 2mm vibrating screen to remove +2mm as waste tailings, and -2mm into the shaker.

Mixed flotation

After the jigging and shaker concentrates are respectively honed, mixed flotation is carried out, and the flotation tailings are mixed to carry out a shaker to select qualified tin concentrates.

Separate flotation

The mixed flotation concentrate is subjected to fine grinding to carry out lead-zinc separation flotation, and lead bismuth concentrate and zinc concentrate are separately produced.

Reselect

The slime enters the Φ300mm cyclone, and the overflow is removed by the Φ125mm and Φ75mm hydrocyclone groups. The sedimentation is concentrated and floated for desulfurization.
