Advantage characteristics
1. It is mainly composed of tower body, tower cover, sprayer, packing, liquid level adjusting device and tubular liquid level meter.
2. Set up sprinkler and liquid level control device. The packing layer adopts wooden bar grille mechanism with good adhesion, and the deoxidization effect is higher than that of plastic packing.
Working principle
The solution in the deoxidizing tower acts on the top of the suction tower by vacuum, and sprays evenly on the packing surface by sprayer diffusion. Under the action of vacuum in downward flow, the dissolved gas in the liquid is removed to achieve the purpose of deoxidation. The deoxidized liquid is sucked out by the discharge port at the cone bottom and pressed into the displacement operation.
The vacuum equipment of deoxidizer is usually water jet pump.
